We’re thrilled to announce that tickets are now on sale for the world premiere of the multiplayer version of In Pursuit of Repetitive Beats, running 22 May – 3 August 2025 at The Pit, Barbican.
For the first time, you can experience the magic of Beats as a shared four-player VR adventure. Grab your friends and relive the thrill of the UK’s Acid House movement—together.
Presented as part of the Barbican’s summer programme, and alongside the multi-sensory exhibition Feel the Sound, this new version transforms the solo experience into a fully social one. Explore, interact, pass objects, and dance in sync with your crew as you chase the perfect night out in 1989.
Since launching in 2022, In Pursuit of Repetitive Beats has toured internationally, picking up awards and praise for its immersive storytelling and emotional impact. Now it returns to London in a bold new format that captures the true spirit of rave culture: community, freedom, and connection.
