Jem Talbot is a Director, Editor and Producer based in London. His work is often interested in the liminal spaces between fact and fiction. In the near impossible search for “truth”, he applies fiction and reinvention in documentary forms to reach higher emotional states. Working in the soft border between these two realities, using fictional techniques in factual, and vice versa, to inspire his films. His work as a Producer has been featured at: Sheffield Doc Fest, IDFA, Raindance, Berlinale, One World, Cannes Marche du Film, Docville, and The New York Times. He has created documentary works for TV and media outlets (The Guardian, Cartoon Network, MTV), major record labels (Universal, Sony, Warner), art publications (Nowness, Dazed and Confused), and commercials (23andMe, Waitrose, Skoda). He is currently developing his debut feature.
