World premiere of 'Common Ground' 360 Version at LFF
Common Ground was originally conceived as an interactive 6DoF experience and has been seen at festivals around the world, from Tribeca to Cinema Nouveau. This autumn, with a special commission, the brand new 360 version of Common Ground will have its world premiere at the London Film Festival.
Common Ground (360 version) is part of the LFF Expanded, the new strand of XR and immersive art at the festival. You will be able to explore the free virtual world, The Expanse, where you will find a gallery of immersive 360 videos and interactive virtual reality experiences. Plus, there is an auditorium with a line-up of events.
At BFI Southbank, there will an opportunity to come and experience LFF Expanded at the Blue Room exhibition. This exhibition must be pre-booked – tickets are free, but limited. They’ll be released on 1 Oct.
Common Ground will be available from 7th to 18th October on the Oculus TV app, the LLF Expanse platform via Steam or via browser if you don’t have a headset.
